The Rhonda Walker Foundation and more than 175 friends joined together at a wine tasting affair held at Bacco Restaurant to deliver numerous new unwrapped toys to be given to the children at The Salvation Army Denby Centers program. The program serves young mothers from the foster care system with children ages 0-5 and is aimed at stopping the generational cycle
of abuse and neglect. These are low income families that are unable to
provide toys for their children at Christmas. The presents collected by the RWF will be given to childhood Lukemia patients at Childrens Hospital of Michigan.
